Job Description Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Microsoft Dynamics Systems GP Specialist is to support various aspects of the Information Technology Systems in accordance with organizational policies and goals.



Duties: 1. Coordinate all IT projects related to MS Dynamics GP updates and customization and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately.

2. Reconcile and fix Dynamics GP data, as required.

3. Implementation and support of modules and add‐ons for MS Dynamics GP, Configure & maintain Financial, Inventory, and Sales Order Processing modules.

4. Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems.

5. Identify and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

6. Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.

7. Provide technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications.

8. Provide assistance in one or all areas applications that include testing, design and analysis.

9. Assist in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of application or subset thereof.

10. Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation.

11. Conduct end-user training or oversee third party training engagements as may be fit.

12. Creating and maintaining advanced SRS and Crystal reports.
Qualifications 1. Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
2. Must have 5+ years of experience of MS Dynamics GP systems administration and/or client support
3. Must have 3+ years of ability to modify and customize MS Dynamics GP
4. Must have strong experience with report writing for MS Dynamics GP
5. Experience with Crystal Reports or similar non- MS Dynamics GP report writing tools
6. Strong Experience with MS SQL Server 2005-2008
7. Knowledge of relational database and client/server concepts
8. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
9. Bilingual in Arabic and English
10. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of Information Technology
11. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of Finance / Accounting
12. Experience to plan and accomplish goals
13. Ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks
