ERP Application Manager Job Description:

1- Studying & Analyzing the current business cycle of Almadina Co. fand prepare documentation.

2- Assist  in business process reengineering and workflow mapping.

3- Assist in selecting  the proper software and partner .

4- Studying our requirements and match  these requirement with standard of Ax2009 and identify what are required customizations.

5- Assist in preparation of project plan with Departments and partner.

6- ERP Project Management and the Main contact between departments and partner for ( Implementation , Training , Supporting).

7- Assist in  analyzing  the proper permissions for users.

8- Application and security management. 

9- Provide support  for  application and users.

10- Develop and customize application as per management need.

11- Integration of application with other systems.

12- SQL Server Administration.

13- Creating and modifying reports supporting the business needs (Report Writer, Smart lists, SSRS or Crystal Report …. Etc.).

14- Monitoring the system and confirm  for upgrades and update.

15- prepare reports and send it to direct manager periodically.

16- And other duties and responsibilities as per needed.
