السلام عليكم:
قام احد المستخدمين بادخال حركة من خلال شاشة Item tarnsaction entry و اثناء الادخال فقد الاتصال مع السيرفر و بعد ان عاود الدخول الى البرنامج واراد ان يستعرض هذه الحركة ظهرت له الرسالة
"you cannot display this record while another user is editing it
فهل هناك من حلول لديكم

شكرا لكم اخوتى الكرام فقد توصلت للحل و هو كالتالى:

SOLUTION
Microsoft SQL Server
If you are using Microsoft SQL Server, follow these steps
1. Stop the SQL Server services, and then start the SQL Server services. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Have all users exit Microsoft Dynamics GP.
b. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, and then click Service Manager.
c. Click the red square next to Stop.
d. Click the green arrow next to Start/Continue.
e. Close SQL Server Service Manager.

2. Use the appropriate step:
• If you are using SQL Server 2005, start SQL Server Management Studio. To do this, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and then click SQL Server Management Studio.
• If you are using SQL Server 2000, start SQL Query Analyzer. To do this, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, and then click Query Analyzer.
• If you are using SQL Server Desktop Engine (also known as MSDE 2000), start Support Administrator Console. To do this, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft Administrator Console, and then click Support Administrator Console.

3. To delete all the records in the specified tables, run the following statements against the Dynamics database.
delete SY00800
delete SY00801
delete ACTIVITY
4. To delete all the records in the specified tables, run the following statements against the TEMPDB database.
delete DEX_LOCK
delete DEX_SESSION
5. Perform the Check Links procedure on the inventory files. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Start Microsoft Dynamics GP.
b. Use the appropriate step:
• If you are using Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, point to Maintenance on the Microsoft Dynamics GP menu, and then click Check Links
• If you are using a version that is earlier than Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, point to Maintenance on the File menu, and then click Check Links.

c. In the Series list, click inventory. Select all files Press OK
