what is the largest and smallest account in GP

Hi my friends,

i'm sorry for writing in English , but my keyboard in this time doesn't write in Arabic
i want to know what is the maximum and minimum number of characters could be the account in GP , and what is the maximum and minimum number of segments and the maximum and minimum length of each segment which could be created within GP
