My problem is not an error, its just that i don't know how gp deals with this case.
The case is: If you have sold to a customer say 1000 usd and received money in cash
then you returned 500 usd of that invoice and made a return invoice
now you have to return the money 500 usd to the customer
but payment is not possible to a customer
how should i deal with this case?
